However we have a system of tracking the internet address of the domains from which such individual has accessed the website, this is done for the purpose of data collection in order to ascertain an analyze market trend and statistics however the individual names remains anonymous.

UIL may collect personal information from intending Purchaser such as name, physical address or telephone number and UIL will inform as to the purpose of such information, however it would be optional on the part of the individual to provide such information or not. Even if the individual chooses not to provide such information to UIL, one can still access the website of UIL excepting access to certain options, offers or services would be restricted.

UIL will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information it has acquired by reason of registrations made by intending Purchasers for use of the online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user/such intending purchaser (expect as may be necessary to be divulged by subpoena, such warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).

A change in the privacy policy to be implemented in the future will be posted in the website with the new effective date shown. A regular website access is advised to all intending purchasers so as to ensure that UIL's customers are conversant with the current policies of UIL. All questions, queries and clarifications with regard to the privacy policy will be answered by UIL once the same is posted in the correct subject line, within 5 (Five) days from the date of its receipt.
