    The objective of this project was to supply 347 MT of HDPE pipes to the rural area of Tara, Purulia, to support the JICA initiative for providing drinking water to every household in the region. The primary challenge was to ensure the timely delivery and installation of these pipes within a strict 45-day timeline.

    • Short Delivery Timeline: The project required the supply of 347 MT of HDPE pipes within a very short period of just 45 days. This posed significant challenges in production, logistics, and overall project management to meet the delivery deadlines.
    • Logistics Coordination: The transportation of large volumes of HDPE pipes over considerable distances to the remote location of Tara, Purulia, required careful planning and coordination. Delays in any part of the supply chain would have jeopardized the entire project.
    • Material Specifications Compliance: The pipes had to meet the technical specifications of HDPE PE 100 PN 6, which required precise production processes to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

    • Detailed Planning and Coordination: A thorough plan was developed involving the production and logistics teams to ensure the timely manufacture and supply of the 347 MT of HDPE pipes. This coordination enabled smooth execution and on-time delivery.
    • Efficient Logistics Management: Logistics teams were mobilised efficiently to ensure timely transportation of the pipes to the remote location of Tara, Purulia, in line with the strict project timeline.
    • Adherence to Technical Specifications: We ensured that all 347 MT of HDPE pipes met the required HDPE PE 100 PN 6 standards through rigorous quality checks during manufacturing, ensuring their suitability for the drinking water supply project.
