    The project aimed to enhance the electricity distribution network in Bihar by supplying Steel Tubular Poles under the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) Scheme for North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (NBPDCL). The poles were crucial for reinforcing and modernizing power infrastructure across the state.

    • Strict delivery timelines, requiring the supply of 10,467 Steel Tubular Poles within 21 days to ensure smooth execution of the electrification initiative.
    • Ensuring compliance with technical specifications (540 SP28, 540 SP52) while maintaining superior quality standards.
    • Managing large-scale logistics, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle for seamless execution.

    • Precision Manufacturing: Utilised swaging processes to produce 9m and 11m Steel Tubular Poles, ensuring adherence to NBPDCL’s quality specifications.

    • Quality Control Measures: Implemented multi-stage inspections, ensuring all poles met the highest industry standards before dispatch.
