Objective
The project aimed to enhance the electricity distribution network in Manipur by supplying Steel Tubular Poles under the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) Scheme for Manipur State Power Distribution Company Ltd. (MSPDCL). These poles played a crucial role in reinforcing and modernizing the state's power infrastructure.

Challenges
The project presented key challenges, including:
- Strict delivery timelines, requiring the supply of 3,513 Steel Tubular Poles within 21 days to avoid delays in the electrification initiative.
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications (410 SP14, 410 SP31) while maintaining superior quality standards.
- Logistics and transportation challenges, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle to meet client expectations.
