Revamped Distribution Scheme – Manipur (MSPDCL)

    The project aimed to enhance the electricity distribution network in Manipur by supplying Steel Tubular Poles under the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) Scheme for Manipur State Power Distribution Company Ltd. (MSPDCL). These poles played a crucial role in reinforcing and modernizing the state's power infrastructure.

    • Strict delivery timelines, requiring the supply of 3,513 Steel Tubular Poles within 21 days to avoid delays in the electrification initiative.
    • Ensuring compliance with technical specifications (410 SP14, 410 SP31) while maintaining superior quality standards.
    • Logistics and transportation challenges, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle to meet client expectations.

    • Precision Manufacturing: Implemented swaging processes to produce 9m and 11m Steel Tubular Poles, ensuring adherence to MSPDCL’s technical specifications.
    • Optimised Logistics: Strategised rapid production and dispatch operations to meet the 21-day delivery window efficiently.
    • Strict Quality Control: Conducted multi-stage quality inspections, ensuring all poles met industry standards before dispatch.
