Revamped Distribution Scheme – Uttar Pradesh (DVVNL)

    The project aimed to strengthen the electricity distribution network in Uttar Pradesh by supplying Steel Tubular Poles under the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) Scheme for Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (DVVNL). These poles played a crucial role in modernising power distribution infrastructure.

    • Strict delivery timelines, requiring the supply of 7,934 Steel Tubular Poles within 21 days to ensure seamless implementation.
    • Ensuring compliance with technical specifications (410 SP33, 410 SP55) while maintaining the highest quality standards.
    • Managing large-scale logistics, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle to meet the client’s requirements.

    • Precision Manufacturing: Utilised swaging processes to produce 9m and 11m Steel Tubular Poles, ensuring compliance with DVVNL’s specifications.
    • Optimised Logistics: Implemented efficient production scheduling and dispatch coordination to meet the 21-day delivery deadline.
    • Rigorous Quality Control: Conducted multi-stage quality checks, ensuring all poles adhered to industry standards before delivery.
