Absorptive Noise Barrier Heading Absorptive Noise Barrier

Absorptive noise barriers are designed not only to block sound but also to absorb it, reducing echo and improving overall acoustic performance. They are generally categorized into two types: mono-absorbent and bi-absorbent barriers. Depending on the requirement, these barriers are manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 100 mm to 150 mm, which directly influences their soundproofing efficiency. Their performance levels are impressive, with a sound transmission class ranging from 20 dB to 45 dB and airborne sound insulation values between 18 dB and 45 dB. The cost of absorptive barriers largely depends on the quality and dimensions of the rockwool used within the structure, as well as the overall design of the barrier system. By combining effective sound insulation with absorption, these barriers provide a highly efficient solution for noise control in demanding environments.
